Ashraf directs the comprehensive delivery of all projects with an emphasis on precision, schedule integrity, and quality. Bringing more than twenty years of hands-on experience in landscape and architectural construction, he joined Pine Landscaping in 2024 to provide pivotal leadership. His role focuses on steering project managers and site teams, ensuring every phase – from initial mobilization to final handover – is seamlessly coordinated and executed to meet client objectives.

Estimation Director

Ahmad brings eighteen years of specialized expertise in estimation and cost management to his role as Estimation Director. A cornerstone of Pine Landscaping’s operational team since 2007, his long tenure provides an invaluable, company-specific understanding of project economics. Sales & Marketing Director

Mahmoud Abdulhamid applies seventeen years of cross-industry expertise in strategic branding and sales development to his role as Sales & Marketing Director. Since joining Pine Landscaping in 2020, he has also taken on the leadership of our nursery operations, overseeing the quality and supply of plant material that forms the living foundation of our projects. With a distinguished career spanning over 35 years, Sael Mohsen is the creative visionary behind Pine Landscaping’s most iconic projects. His extensive experience, cultivated in leading design offices across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, brings a rich, contextual depth to every concept. As Design Director, he translates ambitious client visions into timeless, artistic environments, masterfully balancing aesthetic boldness with functional intelligence and environmental resilience.

Senior Project Manager

Mohannad is a cornerstone of our project delivery team, having contributed his expertise to Pine Landscaping since joining the company in 2008. As a Senior Project Manager and accomplished architect, he oversees the company’s most significant and complex projects. His role involves close coordination with project managers to ensure seamless execution, strict adherence to design intent, and the highest standards of quality and timeline adherence.

Mohannad’s unique perspective, merging architectural design principles with rigorous construction management, ensures that every project not only meets technical specifications but also achieves its full aesthetic and functional potential. Engineering Manager

Lenory brings over eighteen years of specialized experience in landscape design and technical engineering to his role as Engineering Manager, which he assumed in 2025. He is responsible for translating conceptual designs into fully engineered, buildable solutions, expertly guiding projects through to the Issued for Construction (IFC) phase.

Lenory ensures that every technical aspect – from structural integrations and material specifications to compliance and constructability – is meticulously resolved. His rigorous oversight following the design completion guarantees that engineering precision underpins every project, marrying aesthetic vision with practical durability and seamless execution on site.

Visualization Manager

Ali leads our visualization department with over a decade of expertise in architectural and landscape rendering. Joining Pine Landscaping in 2023, he brings a refined skill set that transforms early design concepts into compelling, photorealistic visual narratives. As Visualization Manager, Ali directs the creation of immersive visuals and dynamic presentations that allow clients to experience a project’s potential before construction begins.

Electromechanical Manager

Obaida leads the specialized discipline of landscape electromechanical systems, overseeing their integration from initial design through to final commissioning. Since joining Pine Landscaping in 2021, he has applied his technical expertise to ensure that all electrical and mechanical components – including smart irrigation, feature lighting, pumping systems, and control automation – are designed for reliability, efficiency, and seamless operation. Obaida collaborates closely with engineering and landscape teams to develop detailed, compliant schematics and specifications. During execution, he provides direct on-site management, guiding technicians and coordinating with other trades to ensure precise installation and flawless functionality. Nursery Manager

Abdullah Jaber brings dedicated oversight and deep horticultural knowledge to the cultivation of Pine Landscaping’s most vital resource. Since joining the company in 2015, he has been instrumental in scaling our nursery into a 150,000 square-meter hub of botanical excellence. As Nursery Manager, he oversees all propagation, cultivation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring every plant meets our exacting standards for health, size, and resilience. Under his supervision, our living inventory has grown to over 150 species, with a specialization in large specimen trees ready for immediate impact.

Abdullah’s hands-on leadership ensures that our nursery not only supports Pine’s projects with guaranteed supply and superior quality but also serves as a trusted supplier for major developments across the Kingdom. Senior Procurement Manager

Waleed brings more than twenty-six years of specialized expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management to his role as Senior Procurement Manager. Since joining Pine Landscaping in 2023, he has led our end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured sourcing of all materials, equipment, and services.
